How much do I get paid to become a foods service manager?

I would get paid to $18-$26 an hour because I had been working at Harper as a student worker and I am hoping that I will work in the kitchen and help clean tables again.

Thank you comment icon That sure is a lot of money. Well, the thing is that I will get paid as a District 211 student worker and my job coach, Kathryn will count how many hours that I worked each day of the week but the good thing is that I got paid with the NXT Thing company after working so many hours at the Harper bookstore. I was surprised when I logged into my bank account, I saw that it deposited the amount of money that I got paid deposited it by itself. Grace
Thank you comment icon Thanks for your feedback and hope you have progressed further in your desire to be a Food Service Manager? Have you tried out in any other work places since your last message? Best regards. Frank O. April 28, 2021. Frank Oldfield

Wade’s Answer

Hello Grace! So glad I came across your question. My name is Wade and I have been hiring and leading Food Service Managers across America for many years. I saw that Frank answered your question through some web research and I would say for the most part he is correct on the salary range. It does all depend on what part of the food service industry and area of the country you are looking at. It is some hard work, dynamic circumstances, and some long hours but very rewarding when you lead a team and satisfy guests. If you can make it in the food service industry, you can make it anywhere! Good luck with your search and consideration food.
Thank you comment icon Well, it’s good that I helped my good friend, Sherry clean tables and chairs at the Harper café. While I continued cleaning, she has been helping out a lot of customers after they are getting their food to eat. It will be nice for me to eat after class on campus so I won’t be too stressed out otherwise my mom will let me go to the tutoring center and I will get upset about it, but the good thing is that Sherry tells me if I eat a lot, she told me to walk on the treadmill or to go to the tutoring center after I eat. It’s best for me to feel better. Grace
