I'm not sure if you are American. No college in the U.S. will accept you without a High School Diploma or GED for anything. High school is the minor leagues. To get a H.S. diploma in the USA, you have to pass grade 12. I have heard some High schools offering college level classes that give H.S. students college credit.
In preparing for mass communications in High School, take honors English and math. Also pursue creative writing. Every college requires college comp. which seems like English class, but in reality it's a course about learning to think objectively and how to effectively put your thoughts on paper. Mass communications in some part will involve writing. But also the critical thinking skills will serve you in all aspects of your adult life... more than you think.
I only say math because every college requires it, and understanding it in high school will allow you to pass it easier in college.
Finally, start searching out what niche in communications interest you. So when you do get to college, you have a career path to study for. Mass communications is a very broad term. In your studies, keep your skill set and options wide open. Many employers want multitaskers.
