Building upon a previous answer, if the set of skills you acquired during your are applicable to the space and the specific job, it does not matter whether you got them online or via other media. I would also argue that acquiring skills online, excelling with awesome grades (online) and showing up as a leader and as a human (online) might make you even more qualified for a world in which education will definitely have an online component to it.
