Hi Soghra,

Disney made an incredible story about this exactly situation called Million Dollar Arm. What's amazing is it is an actual true story. While it may be difficult for you to hone your skills to eventually be able to play at a high level, it will not be impossible. Start by playing the sport as often as you can with friends and family, even if it's just batting practice or catch. You can also inquire in your local and surrounding communities to see if there are organized leagues for you to play in. It might not be the easiest journey for you, but if you are passionate and persistent you can have success.

Best of luck to you. Hope to see you in the majors!

I THINK, I am not sure, you can by coming to the states, doing your bachelor's, and joining the university's baseball team. If I were you, I would start talking to universities with good baseball teams and making sure if they would let an international student to join. Hopefully you would be picked by one of the baseball league teams for a professional career before you finish your degree. Baseball is big in japan too; however, I don't know the dynamics there.
