I am a law student from Morocco and I want to be a law consular.

You are already on the right path to become one (academics). With the practice you get in law school plus all the reading materials available to you you shall become a law consular. But put this in mind to become any thing one needs enthusiasm and character in line with such and many other ambitions. Learning makes you something and you make yourself into YOU "personally speaking", take time out and also practice private law in a sense that you try solving dilemmas or investigations especially start with simple ones or those ones near you like in your neighbourhood. There might be a vandalised neighbour or a missing child in the neighbourhood these are nearby and not much complicated complaints compared to international money laundering mafia you can try looking into for practice to build understanding ,confidence, formula and experience in your field of law along side learning. With Private law different people come to you independently with an issue to investigate, this calls for idealistic mind, more critical and investigative, kin eye focus and subjective opinions because most issues to be investigated are deeply rooted in peoples society's and ways of life.
