I am the "go to" person. I know how to get things done and how things are supposed to be done and I am always there to help get things done. It might be paperwork or it might be a technical procedure or it might be company policy, but I make it my job to know it.
If I don't know, I know where to find out...I never "wing it" I have the legitimate answer or go find it.
Everyone wants my help and it makes my day go fast and fun.
