Husna’s Answer
Being an animator requires strong technical skills and typically a bachelor's degree in computer graphics. Difficulty is subjective but I would definitely not say that it is easy, as it requires lots of practice, time, and dedication.

Hi Evelyn - I am not sure which kind of "animator" you want to be - if it is a 2d animator like most animated shows on tv there are many college programs that can get you there. Being an animator does require patience and time and practice for sure, but it is also a very rewarding and fun career and you meet a lot of great people in the process. You do not need a computer graphics degree to be an animator - maybe some of the people who work for large studios making 3D movies may have those degrees - esp if they focus solely on 3D and CGI. It depends on what type of animation you are going for.
