Are the politics and drama worth being in the sports management industry?

I am interested in the job of a sports manager but I have heard some negative things about the line of work. I just want to know if it's all worth it and if it's something that is as enjoyable as I hope! #sports #sports-management

Drama and negativity can be found in any profession. The choice is yours for how you will handle them. For me i choose to see the glass half full. I can always control my actions and reactions so I choose to concentrate on the positive. Remember 80% of life isalways positive so why let the 20% ruin your day or your career.
