SHELLEY’s Answer

Study a field that that will allow you a wide range of study. There are degrees of study that will allow you to pursue missionary work, family counseling and work as a chaplain. In the event that your area of ministry desires change, you'll already have the education for it. Perhaps you want to work in a church setting. That degree will also give you the knowledge and skill to do the same.

I believe if you research all the fields of study in ministerial education and compare them against what your passion is, you'll pick the correct field of study for your passion and talent.

God Bless

Hi,

You can try a career in Political Sciences:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in political sciences deals with in-depth learning about some of the fundamental problems in human society such as world peace, economic crisis, globalization, international trade, and more. A political sciences programme will help you better understand how governments operate and interact, the impact of government policies upon economic stability and growth and how the uses of laws can affect social and political change.

In simple words, politics affects every aspect of our lives that contributes to the welfare of a nation, from education, employment, healthcare, housing.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in political sciences can prepare you for a diverse range of job opportunities whether it's in the public, private, or non-profit private sectors. These educational courses are ideal for those looking to build a career in education, law, business, politics, government, communications, or journalism. Any educational program in the political science field can prepare you to work and interact with others in a diverse community. It also helps you develop a greater command of critical thinking as well as reading and writing.

One of the most popular career lines for political science majors is politics, in which you get to apply the skills and knowledge you have obtained during your study course. Political science courses give you the necessary skills and knowledge to run for a government position at local or state level.
