Tony’s Answer

Speaking strictly from my own life experiences, I would recommend specializing in a specific field. Business Administration is such a general field of study that one can always gain the knowledge through experience. By specializing in a specific field of study, one has the capacity to gain valuable insight and grasp a truer understanding. I have an MBA and have always regretted not specializing in a particular field. I have gained more knowledge in the general field of business from experience than in my studies.

Shani’s Answer

Unless you plan on pursuing a higher degree than a bachelor's, then it would be best to choose a specific major. Otherwise, intern, network and get your experience while in college to get a job in the degree you chose after graduation. Even then, it's not guaranteed. Companies may see something in you that you didn't notice yourself. Make sure to lots of interning and networking.

Stephen’s Answer

I would specialize, there are so many with general knowledge of many subjects and much fewer with fine focused ability on a specific area. Todays world has and will continue to change. The days of being successful with just a BA degree are shrinking.
"A jack of all trades and a master of none" - truly applies. Become a Master in my humble opinion.
