Hi Manoj S,
I am not sure what kind of job you are looking for?
These are few job Portals in India.
1 Naukri.
2 Monster India.
3 LinkedIn.
4 Shine.
5 TimesJobs.
6 Indeed.
Hope this helps?

Hi Manoj,
in order to be equipped in finding a job internationally,
there are a few things you can do to enhance the likelihood of you landing a job there.
first, in countries like India & Vietnam, where English is not the first language,
it will be extremely helpful if you know their local language at least at a verbal communication level -
a lot of employers would be looking for language skills to ensure you can work well with their local staff.
Take a look if the countries you are interested are offering "working holiday" opportunities for young adults,
these "working holidays" will be a good way to have a taste of how it is to live and work in the country,
if you manage to find a long term job and the employer is willing to sponsor your work visa,
you will be able to work there on a more permanent basis.
Alternatively, you can search for respective opportunities on linkedin, jobs.com;
search for postings in your preferred countries, if there are no openings,
still send a message or email to get connected with the companies,
so they know you are interested and available when opportunities arise.
Good luck!
Regards,
Serena

Manoj,
It is very unclear as to what kind of job you are looking for and where in India (Do not know much about Vietnam) you would like a job.
If you know the kind of job you are looking for, try to locate the companies India in that field and search for opportunities directly on their web site.
Locate some key people in those companies and start networking with them and get insights, advise from them.
I see Priyanka has already provided many job site links within India and would be a good starting point right there.
Many global multinational companies (AT&T, Intel, Cisco, Most financial companies, and pharma companies for e.g) have offices in India. You can go to their web sites and locate job opportunities in India and Vietnam and you can apply right from here!
Of course, you may have family or extended family in India and won't hurt to reach out to them and get some insights as well. Better yet visit them and explore in person locally.
