Right I mean you'll probably get some biased answers here :P
I would say yes. You can take a couple intro classes and see if you can do programming, don't have to commit 100% right away.
A CS degree will help you land a job that is challenging, requires solving problems and learning, and pays quite well. There is a distinct shortage of comp sci majors still.
It may help if you can voice specific concerns - what are you hesitant about, what info do you need?

Hi Stephany!
It is always important to choose a major you are truly interested in. There is currently a need for women in this career track, therefore it may be beneficial to you in the future to get a degree in Computer Science. However, be confident that you will be successful in any major you choose, as long as it is something YOU want to do, not what others may want for you. Luckily, college is a time to experiment with your interests. If you take a couple of CS classes and realize this is not something you want to do long term...change majors :)
