Jonathan’s Answer
Popular majors for lawyers are English and Political Science. I was an economics major I think it gave me an edge. So much of the law is tied to economic theory and policy. Economic analysis very broad, unique and adaptable. It doesn’t matter just get the best grades you can so you can get into the best law school possible.

Kimberly’s Answer
Hi Sahithi,
Mark has given a really great answer to your question. To add to their suggestions, studying in subjects related to the area of law you are hoping to work one day will be helpful as well. If you’re looking to work in criminal law, look in to criminal justice courses. If you’re looking to work in family law, psychology especially child psychology can be helpful.
Good luck with your future studies!
