Hey Hamid!
In best ways to do it order:
1.) Referrals
2.) Job Boards / Career Fair
3.) Cold emails/calls
The best way to get internships is through a referral with someone who has worked at the company in the past. It gives you a foot in the door and clears the first cut round right to the interview round. Next is massive Job Boards or Career Fairs to talk with recruiters. Last is cold emailing or calling companies.
Good luck with your search!

Do not underestimate the power of requesting an informational interview. Most people would be glad to help if they have some direction on 1) the topics/questions you would like to learn about and 2) seeing you are taking some initiative.
One benefit of today's connected world is that there is much more visibility and available information on companies, industries, and potential connections than there was even 10 years ago. As a starting point, I would suggest the following:
- Research an industry that could be of interest to you.
- Identify a role that you would like to learn more about.
- Locate a company that is in that industry. You can do this by reading business or general articles.
- Engage in a LinkedIn Search and follow that company.
- Come up with a list of "candidates" that you find to be inspiring.
Once you have some some preliminary research, think about what you would like to discuss.
Ask if you could learn more about what they do with a few questions.
Finish with "If you were me, how would you suggest I could get into this industry?"
Ask if they can think of anyone that they could introduce you to for further discussions.
And - Importantly - follow up with a thank you message!
