Which major would be more beneficial: Biomedical Engineering or Music Technology?

I love the STEM field and music, but I'm having a hard time choosing which major would be more beneficial in the long run. As well, after graduating from college, I would like to go into a career that I would enjoy, and not just do for the money. #science #college-major #technology #music #decision-making

A much as I love music and its ever growing technologies and expansions, I can say without a doubt, Biomedical Engineering would be the most beneficial for sustaining a career in the long run. However, you might enjoy venturing into Music Technologies, if money nor stability isn't an issue for you.

Wish you the best whichever way your life's journey leads you.

Honestly, It is my opinion you need three things in life to be financially secure! Hobby, trade and profession all will give you joy at different times of your life. Your trade and hobby may give you financial stability while your studding for higher education. Your choices are spectacular, major in one and minor the other. Tutor for extra cash and all will be rewarding! All The Best!

Sammy’s Answer

I work with world class genius musicians. They are all struggling to support their family. Music is rewarding but a tough road. If I had it to do over, I would major in something other than music and work in music for creative outlet or hobby
