If I'm understanding correctly, you are asking what strengths one has while being a social worker? There are so many however the ones that have greatly helped me are:
-being able to empathize
-be genuine in care and treatment of others
-good listener
-ability to be flexible and change frequently
-be able to meet people where they are (not physically but personally in their current functioning)
-ability to put aside what you believe someone "needs" and listen to their story and strengths creating plans with them not for them
My other little bit of information is to point out that social workers and psychologists are different professions. Although both can provide therapeutic services be sure to research what that looks like.
