Apply for a full-time job that gives you 40 hours of paid work (8 hours per day x by 5 days = 40 hours) and then for every hour you get paid at your job you then work 3 hours free in your own time at home researching for interesting reading and writing activities on your home computer. Then the next day you arrive at school early (I used to start at 7:00 am and sign in and then make multiple photocopies ready to distribute to students and volunteers so we were always on the same page together moving forward learning to use a dictionary. Reading the timetable of events for the days workload and writing the program in their day books ) Then I went to the classroom and switched on all of the 18 desktop computers and installed on each computer the Microsoft software updates. I wrote on the big white board the days program with times and dates. Students are learning to read and write English and need to apply for jobs as well. I train the native speaker volunteers how to help the adult age migrant students so they can gain confidence and get jobs.

Work load is the amount of work you are expected to do in a given time frame. For me, it is managing processors and making sure they have everything they need to do their job in that given time frame. I support my team (my employees) and make sure that they are working to meet their goals. As a leader of people, my work load is looking at reports to see how much work has been done, how much still needs to be done, and how accurately the work is being done, and then coaching my employees to help them develop themselves in their career.
