Hi Pawan,
I think Stacey and Cedric provided great advice. In addition to their recommendations I would try to identify which career paths, jobs, or areas of work interest you the most. Then I would try to network with people who have those jobs or worked in those professions. As you apply for specific jobs don't be afraid to reach out to someone in that company to learn more about the job. In my experience you can really stand out when you show genuine interest in the job and the company. I've successfully landed jobs when I've networked to connect with multiple people. To network effectively, I try to find something I have in common with the person (maybe they are an alumni of my school). When I reach out I express interest in learning more about them and their career path. During the meeting/phone call I ask a lot of questions and share with them my interests/goals. I then ask if them if there is anyone else they recommend I speak with. I always follow up with a thank you note after the chat.
Best of luck!

First thing you do to get the job is make you that you meet the qualifications. If you meet the qualifications apply for the role on the company website. Complete the entire application by answering all of the questions. If you meet the criteria a recruiter or an internal resource will reach out to you and schedule an interview. In the interview be open, honest and do your best to relate your experience in past roles to the role that you are interviewing for. Also, ask questions! The more questions you ask the more interested in the role you appear to the hiring authority. After the interview send a thank you note and ask what the next steps are.

Hello,
To get a job, you want to start searching for jobs that are within your experience and/or education. Once you locate the job review the qualifications and you determine that you meet the qualifications and you feel you may be a good fit it is also good to go to the company’s website and read the mission and values to see if you feel you would be a good fit with the culture. Once that is complete then it is best to ensure your resume highlight some of the qualifications and tasks mentioned in the requisition. Then apply for the job. After you apply if you move to the next step of an interview it is always good to send a thank you email or letter.
