I agree with Saravanan above and to be more specific Computer Engineering is like a tree which have lots of sub-branches giving you a wide base structure. Each branch is a different career path choosen for a certain expertise area or speciality like below:

Software Development both online/mobile and offline/desktop
Image processing
Cyber Security
Database management
Artificial Intelligence
Operating Systems
System Engineering
Network Engineering
Game Development
and even Bioinformatics Engineering

or you can also choose to be an academician starting from teaching assistant or research assistant for studying in a university on your area of interest towards being a professor.
