Jacinda’s Answer
Research the curriculum you will be studying. If there is an opportunity to complete prerequisites prior to starting the program, you will be better off. Nursing programs are intense at a normal pace. Prepare to do nothing else in an accelerated program. If you are motivated and hard-working, that is a plus.

Although I’m in a different nation to you, I have studied Nursing and Midwifery. I’m pretty sure the principles do not change regardless of your location.
However, you should be doing prior readin on Anatomy and Physiology (at least basics so lectures seem easier to digest), get a breakdown of your course beforehand read some literature surrounding the topics. Read up on nursing regulator’s guidance, in your case this may be National Council of State Boards of Nursing ( NCSBN). They should have guidelines to help support nursing practice or ENA's Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs). Good luck!
