Is there a better college or university to attend for the Mechanical Engineering degree?

I am looking at several colleges and universities and I am not sure how to choose the best school for me. #engineering #mechanical-engineering #mechanical

I fully agree with the answer below! I might also add, if you have an idea of where you would like to live and work after graduation, often times engineering companies that are local to a particular school or area will put a stronger emphasis on recruiting from that school. This could potentially be a benefit when it comes to be Career Fair time in your Junior and Senior year of college.

Well, some would say "go to the top ranked school you can get in to."; some would say "go to the school that offers you the best financial aid.", some would say "go to the school you can have the most fun at.; or "go to the one with the best football team."
Whatever you decide, I can tell you that it doesn't matter. Pick the school that works the best for you based on your personal situation, study, get the best grades you can and enjoy the experience.
