Hi- I believe practicing organizational skills will help you achieve your major and minor goals. I would also establish a priority list and tackle your to do's in that fashion. Try no to put things off. If you have spare time and goal related items to accomplish, spend some of your time on those goals. Also, while we often think multi tasking is very productive, studies have shown our brains are not programmed to effectively handle multiple things at once, so focus quality time to each task vs trying to do two/three things at once. Work hard and you will succeed! Best of luck.

III. Keep to strict working hours (when possible)

V. Pursue passions
VI. Prioritize the important things in life

Have you heard the analogy of the rocks and sand? If you have a bunch of big rocks, and a bunch of little rocks or gravel, and a lot of sand, and you try to stuff them all in a glass jar, you may find you can't get them all to fit. But if you make sure you put all the big rocks in first, and then the smaller rocks, and the sand last, you'll get a lot more in--maybe all of it!
In life, sit down every once in a while and make a list of everything you want to be part of your life, or that has to be...and then figure out which are the most important things (the big rocks)--like building whatever spirituality you go for, taking care of your health, spending time building relationships, and keeping your bills paid--which things are the next most important (the little rocks)--like working on your skills to get more education or better work, trying to upgrade your house, making sure your family and community can have a little bit better lifestyle--and the fun or "would-be-nice" things that you would be able to die and never have done (the sand)--like running that specific next marathon, or saving money for travel to Antarctica, or watching every movie in some genre, etc. (You may decide different things are your big and little rocks and sand, of course.)
Then make sure you're always scheduling in the big things--those big things all together are your life! That's what your life will be. And then you can work on fitting in more of the little rocks. And lastly, you'll probably find time to fit sand in, because who doesn't?

Every day do small things that will get you to your goals. For example if your goal is to write a book then each day you would want to write a chapter of that book.
