Monica’s Answer

I think its great that you already know some of your key strengths. This will help you align what skills you already have, to jobs that will utilize those skills to better ensure your success and happiness. Being good with people and communication are foundational building blocks that allow you to choose almost any career. Think about what you like to do and see if you can match your passions to your skills. For example, if you like or want to travel then consider a career in hospitality - hotel/restaurant management, Tour guide, Travel agents, event planner/manager, etc. If you you want to help other people's career consider a career in human resources - Talent Acquisition, Generalist, Diversity and Inclusion, Trainer, life coach, etc or becoming a people manager in any business or corporation. If you want to be in the service industry, giving back to others, consider being a nurse, doctor, social worker, teacher, law enforcement, etc or non-profit organizations. If you like technology consider a career in coding, engineering, gaming, networking, social media, etc. The key message here is to think about your passions in life, things that you enjoy doing, and are good at and make a career choice that supports both - this way it will never feel like work because you will like what you do to earn a living so you can live your best life!
