There are many occupations/industries that involve using your hands such as environmental conservation/ecology, restaurants/kitchens, working in the trades (welder, electrician, carpenter, metalsmith), even cosmetology (hair stylist, nail tech)!
I too love manual labor and have always tried seeking out roles that allow me to get my hands dirty while giving back to the community. For example, I volunteer at a local nonprofit which is an urban flower farm helping them in the greenhouses and clearing land for new plants. I also participated in a service learning trip in Ecuador focused on sustainability where we built greenhouses and brick ovens for schools in small communities across the country. In between building at the schools, we worked on an orange farm, a sugar cane farm and also made clay tiles.
Good luck!
