HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU BECOME A STOCK BROKER?

Since I am an engineer, not a stock broker, I am probably not the best person to answer this question. However, I have done business with a number of stock brokers over the past 40 years. Being a stock broker can be very rewarding in that you can help people attain their financial goals plus you can make a lot of money for yourself and thus attain your financial goals. Most of the stock brokers I have had dealings with have had business degrees (4 years of college) and one had a mathematics degree. I would suggest that you Google Fidelity Investments and then click on Jobs for Undergraduates. You will see that there are many different types of "stock brokers" and if you look down far enough, the web site will discuss the training programs they offer and what qualifications you need to go to work for Fidelity and become a stock broker. Most, if not all, of the financial firms have web sites similar to Fidelity's that have job postings and the required qualifications of a potential employee. Good luck.
