I'm sorry Prashanth to hear about your unfortunate accident and I'm glad to hear you're on the road to recovery.
MBA is what i suggest to take as MBA will open up lot of opputunities in the management area. I dont think your disability will stop from growing in the carrier.
These days there lot of opputinities which you cna use one hand and do it. Online marketing will be the are i suggest you as you can use one hand to do this.
Its just suggestion, hear all the suggestions and take the best call. Good Luck.

Hi Amrith,
I'm sorry to hear about your unfortunate accident and I'm glad to hear you're on the road to recovery. I'm not familiar with the degrees you mentioned (BBA, Mcom), but it's very standard for most students to pursue their graduate studies with an MBA (Masters of Business Administration).
Additionally, have you considered pursuing a career in Assistive Technology or Accessibility (with your MBA specializing in this area)? Typically, technology and other companies, especially companies working with the government, certify that their products can be used by a person with a disability to perform a task and they provide features to display and input technologies to make online resources accessible to this demographic. I have personally worked on achieving accessibility for a company I used to work for (eg. WCAG 3 Introduction | Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) | W3C) and I believe that your experience is very valuable to companies who want to make these improvements to make their services more accessible.
