janet’s Answer

I would recommend anatomy and physiology, chemistry, and math. A general education in these subjects provide a good start into nursing. I would recommend speaking with an advisor if you are in high school and get the basics in to help you determine if nursing is really something you want to do. If a guidance counselor is not available I would recommend talking to a nurse in your vicinity and ask how they started and what is available in the area where you are. I wish you the best!

GINA’s Answer

If you are referring to classes in high school it would be wise to take biology, chemistry and math courses. At the college level the curriculum for prerequisites will include the necessary requirements to complete a Bachelors degree .
