Hi Rochelle,
I look at it from two directions. First, Do you understand the purpose of the job and what is expected of you? And how well do you think you are doing at it? Do you feel you are contributing to the goals of your department, organization, etc? Does the work give you satisfaction?
Second, how does your boss feel you are doing at the job? If you have clients or customers, you might ask them also how they think you are doing. If you like the work and you are getting positive feedback from your boss and customers then I would think it is a good fit for you.

That's an interesting question! And must I mention a very good one!
Given my years of job experience as well as my experience in attempting to crack through other relevant career sectors, I believe I can come handy with job consultancy! But beyond these reasons, my ability to understand the perspective of people who seek consultation, helps me go a step ahead and dig deeper to help in providing my suggestions.
I hope it makes me a reasonable fit atleast! 😁

When we are asked this question, I think it is imperative that we tie our answer to the Job role/ description emphasizing how best we can aligned our learning, knowledge, skills and experience(it can be any experience in life) and our approach to the role and how we can add value and our willingness to learn and get better.

Hi Rochelle -
There are many answers to this question. Each job, employer and hiring manager is looking for something different depending on the field you are applying to. For example, I am a Recruiter, some skills that help me are communication and organization. If I were a software developer a hiring manager will likely be looking for my analytical and problem-solving background.
I can promise though, most employers look for communication, team player, positivity, excitement for the role and passion for your career and growth.
