How can I get to Medical School after High School Instead of 4 years of college?
I want to become a Neurosurgeon and it is going to take a lot of time to reach my goal. I don't want to waste 4 years in college. All I want is to be enrolled in Medical School after High School and start the journey of my career.

I believe there are some schools that offer a combined undergraduate and medical degree program in six years. One list (with additional commentary) is here: https://blog.prepscholar.com/ba-md-bs-md-programs-list
One note on how to frame your interest when advancing your process: avoid framing college (or any experience) as a waste of time. Try reframing that sentiment as wanting to focus your time and interest on the topic that most excites you so you can bring that enthusiasm to bear in your career as efficiently as possible. My wife is a doctor and has a very senior role in graduate medical education, and I can assure you that doctors are very well-rounded people who learned many things from their non-medical/science courses in college that help them in their careers as physicians and surgeons.

The only way to do that would be to look outside the US. The British medical system works differently, you start Medical School immediately after high school. This system is followed in Commonwealth Countries. However, you would need to spend 4.5 years studying and 1 year of internship (practicing supervised medicine). The only disadvantage is if you want to practice in the US. You will need to study for the USMLEs, for which you do not receive any guidance while you are studying abroad. Furthermore, when applying for residency programs in the US, program directors will scrutinize your path (why did you study medicine abroad when the US has exceptional medical schools and you learned diseases/conditions not applicable here).
You really don't save time by going abroad since ultimately you would spend at least 2 years post-graduation studying for the USMLEs. Also, undergraduate helps with your maturation, now you may want to become a doctor but college will help you decide if that is truly what you want. There is no shortcut to hardwork.

To my knowledge that isn't possible. You will need an undergraduate degree in order to apply to medical school. There are certain requirements you need to fulfill before a medical school will consider you for acceptance. Best of luck with whatever you decide to pursue.
I think it is a prerequisite wherever you are in the world. https://elmontecustomcabinets.com/custom-kitchen-cabinets
