prakash’s Answer

The best part of my job as a human resource professional is learning through my all my interactions with candidates and colleagues. I would have made ~50k offers to candidates over the last 2 decades of my career and feel fulfilling to be associated with their career journey. The other interesting part is partnering with my business colleagues and contributing to the growth of their business

Divya’s Answer

I am a recruiter by profession and most interesting part of my job is to meet new people. I enjoy interacting with diverse applicants and feel very satisfied and happy to know that i am helping them get a job.

It is a real kick when you tell someone that they got the job and when they feel extremely grateful for that. The happiness one gets is absolutely amazing.

Adriel Brent’s Answer

What interests me the most doing my job is that I learn more about myself and my capabilities. As an analyst, we are presented with problems as they arise, and we'd always have to come up with solutions to these problems. Sometimes, there are complex problems - the challenging ones - which occasionally would make my head ache. And each time I successfully solve them, initially, I'd feel surprised that I did it, then I'd start to realize that my limits could be pushed further. As a result, I crave for more, and this process would repeat again. That's how growth happens, by the way! :)

This is a great question! There are just so many answers!

I will share a few:
Meeting new people from all over the globe. I work in a large and diverse corporation and have team members in different parts of the U.S. and world. Throughout our working relationship I get to learn more about different cultures!

I create training for many different groups within the company I work for so I get to learn about what our employees do and how our people and products help our customers.

I get to try new things. In the Learning & Development industry there are so many new and exciting programs, ways of engaging with learners and technology.
