Doctor’s Answer

Infectious disease specialist is very nice if you are a happening kind of a person plus can give lots of time to research and keep yourself update as well …
Vacations are always planned ahead so it’s bit challenging for this field every now and then but needs to take out time .

Psychology is very interesting if you want to know about people , one can do telemedicine with this .

Thomas’s Answer

A lot depends of what field of medicine you go into and if you have to do things like take call and go into the hospital. My practice was delivering babies and you do miss some holidays but you get used to celebrating them on a different day with your family. The other thing that makes a big difference is if you have multiple doctors in your practice than things get spread around you miss less holidays and it is easier to take multiple vacations and for longer periods of time
