Yes, it is possible if you have created your profile with strong projects. Even though you don't have a degree, you can still contribute to open source projects. Create a Git repository of your own with the projects you have developed. To get recruited to a MNC would be difficult but for small companies wor emerging companies they look for talent more than degree
Ok, thank you so much!

I think a bachelors degree helps.
The reason is that it will enable flexibility in the organization, and will allow the management to move you around, into different positions, which will require a minimum of a bachelors degree.
It will help advancement in the organization.

Yes it is possible. You need an aptitude for systems and show strong logical abilities to understand and manage them to what is needed and when, dependent on systems you want to administer. Also it is about showing off these skills and making sure others understand your strengths. Systems admin is more of a individual contributor role so you need a way outside of computers to stand out. But I agree, with others, as you can work toward your continual learning options. In technology so many things change and learning more can help you see the tech world in new ways. It could be that you find something new to venture into as well. Technology is ever changing, system administrators need to continually adapt. Make this process work for you.
Study project management both waterfall and agile methodologies
Get to know others that are system administrators and ask them how they got where they are, what they like and don't like
Take courses that are eligible for college credit, over time these add up
If you want to be a system admin for specific solutions from Tech Corps like SAP, Salesforce or more - go and join their user groups to meet more folks

I would recommend working toward a degree if at all possible, even if you have to do it while working. This for several reasons: (1) do not limit yourself too much or too soon. Give yourself as many options as possible and a degree will do that (2) studying for a degree will open your horizon to other technical jobs (3) even small & emerging companies are demanding and will hire the best talent, often from out of state (4) Boise is flooded with out of state technical talent from big cities eager to relocate in the area (5) Idaho is a small market with a limited number of companies so having a degree would allow you to compete in larger markets like Seattle, Denver, Utah, California if needed
Enroll in evening program. Explore Community College classes
If you are not working, see if grants (maybe STEM grants) are available through your community
Look into financial aid

I would say it's possible, if you approach the right company and ask if they can sponsor you to get these certifications.
