Not sure ,
If you are traveling you will not be in the same location more than a few month.
If you want to be a real estate agent you should stay at the same location for at list a year to understand the location trends, what to look for, what are the customers looking for and what is the best time in the year to buy and sell.
If you want to build a real estate portfolio - this is something else and that might be good after you find a tenet and start collecting rent

Hey Christian! Real estate is a perfect job for traveling. This career field offers a lot of flexibility and leeway when it comes to still being able to maintain a fun personal life. If you work for an agency this can possibly limit the amount of time you will be able to take off from work for vacation. The beauty of real estate is that there are properties all over the world. It is common for realtors to own multiple properties in different locations. This possibility of owning properties in different parts of the world is limitless! Good luck in your real estate journey!

It depends on if you're looking to travel for fun or travel for work. You do have to have a license in the state that you are working "selling" in. Getting into real estate and traveling for fun is however one of the best opportunities out there. The hardest part is the first step. If you have capital for 1 property, that income grows and then over time you have money to invest in another and so on. At some point you will just have income from your properties and you don't have to "work" anymore. You can even have a company manage the properties for a small fee. They deal with the tenant and rent etc.
