Dear Rachel,
There are a few, but not many, positions in the social services field, such as probation officers and child protective services workers, that require a bachelor's degree in psychology or another behavioral sciences. Your university probably has a placement service that helps students find jobs, and they could give you more detailed information. However to work as a psychologist you will have to get a master's or Ph.D. degree.
There is some good news; many employers require a bachelor's degree in any field, and psychology is as good a one as any. Knowing something about human behavior can be helpful in any job which requires dealing with people.
I wish you the best in your career and job search.

Morning
I would recommend you looking into entry level positions like case workers, counselors in community agencies and see what would interest you. It is hard without a Masters but not impossible.
Start using the resources on campus and professional organizations such as APA. I always encourage people to go out and network by attending professional meetings-local chapters- as well as go out and interview people who are already in positions.
Good luck!
