Desiree’s Answer

I think that there is no one "ultimate health diet" - different people have different nutritional requirements as they grow, (children versus teens versus adults versus elderly), different allergies/sensitivities, various ethical/environmental limitations on what they choose to eat, and different metabolic demands (think marathon runner in training versus someone who sits for work 8 hours/day). You could probably write a whole series of article about the different "ultimate" diets and the different audiences they serve!

Desiree recommends the following next steps:

research nutritional needs of different audiences (children, teens, diabetics, people undergoing chemotherapy, vegans, endurance athletes, etc.)
start writing about one segment, then expand as your interests grow

Elijah,

Pinpointing the ultimate healthy diet will depend on the health of the person and what they are trying to accomplish
