What is the best way to start out being a pastry chef?
I want to own a bakery someday but I don't know haw to work up to that #chef #pastry-chef

Know the specialities. Speciality of a baker solely is to make bread, rolls, cookies, and quiches whilst the pastry chefs, specialize in dessert-related products. Bakers may opt to become pastry chefs while the latter is already considered bakers. As for as earnings are concerned, pastry chefs take the salary stack more than bakers.
It is always & always encuraged to take formal training from culinary schools.
