Hi, go to CDC website and do the licensing exams which will be online or physical examination. Clear all the exams and apply for visa sponsorship then it will be easy for you and the association to give you visa sponsorship.

Hi Moon,
A different take on the question - you may be asking on whether you can get a visa sponsorship to study Dental Assistance in the USA. Generally, Dental Assistance is a 2-year degree offered at technical colleges and community colleges in the United States. I believe these types of college can offer F-1 student visas, but you can learn more here: https://educationusa.state.gov/your-5-steps-us-study/apply-your-student-visa/community-college . The hardest step will be trying to obtain visa sponsorship after you graduate to stay in the United States if that is your intention - this is often done through OPT, https://www.uscis.gov/working-in-the-united-states/students-and-exchange-visitors/optional-practical-training-opt-for-f-1-students . I don't think dental assistance qualifies, but you may check for more information on that link to learn more about how it works.

I checked some job listings and could not find any Dental Assistant jobs with H1B sponsorship but there were many for Dentists.
You would need to find a Dental practice in the US what would be willing to spend the hundreds if not thousands of $s for a lawyer to handle the process. My guess is that this would very very unlikely.
Maybe check in Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington area of Minnesota where there's a large Somali population. Your language skills could be an advantage there.
