This is a hard question since it really depends on the management of each location. Good management can make the job much more pleasant while bad management can cause stress. Keep in mind that Firestone and MB locations may also be owned by independent companies and hence the management can vary significantly.
In general, one would expect a MB dealer to be the better place and it would likely pay better. However, it would likely also require more experience and be harder to get a job there. They would likely also be very strict about how to perform jobs since MB has guidelines.
