What would be a good minor to have if I go into education?

I plan on becoming a Computer Science Teacher, I am wondering what a good minor would be since I am going into education as a major. I would think something to do with Computer Science would be best, but was wondering if there is something else I should do instead?

Have you researched the requirements for your location? To teach a specialized topic like it's likely that you'll actually need to major in your subject area (computer science, or possibly math or engineering would work as well) and possibly get a masters in education. If that isn't required, you should definitely get a minor in computer science. You need to have some kind of credentials to demonstrate that you actually know computer science!

I have noticed many high school CS teachers are trained in mathematics & education but teach computer science alongside another math course.
