Look at what requirements are needed to enter medical school, you'll have yo get your medical degree to be a pediatrician; most high school/college counselors can help you find this information. If you can apply for a 7 year BS to MD program, that would be the most efficient path to take.

It actually depends on what college/university you are planning to go to. However, you can look up on Job Bank. Below is the website.

Hi Alexandra! Typically this is 4 years of undergraduate with a bachelor's (you can be any major but must take specific prerequisites for medical school like chemistry, physics, biology, math, to name a few). Then it is 4 years of medical school plus residency where you are a doctor in training. I would recommend checking out AAMC.org to become more affiliated with the premed path. It is important to do well in school and on the MCAT as well as being involved in extracurriculars to showcase your passion for medical school!

Best of luck!
