Hi Gina!

I can't narrow it down to 3 utensils haha, but I will give you a list of 8 that are essential to my kitchen.

1. Skillet (preferably cast iron)
2. Tongs
3. Mixing bowl
4. Sheet pan
5. Spatula (preferably wooden)
6. Measuring cups/spoons
7. Chef's knife (I prefer Wusthof)
8. Pairing knife
