I'm not sure there is a good way to predict how often studios hire. The U.S. BUREAU OF LABOR STATISTICS @

Hi there! I do not know the exact answer to your question. However, I'll say that almost every single company does need animations, graphic designers and motion experts. They utilize these roles for their internal and external communications within the companies. My advice for you would be to get your name out there and start applying to internships for you to get more experience and use those opportunities as a stepping stone for where you want to get. Keep yourself with a goal oriented mindset and don't forget that there are many possibilities out there! Good luck!
