Where do I find free summer programs 2022?
I want to join a summer program, free and virtual-based only. I don't have a specialization in terms of the subject but I really want to immerse myself in different industries.

· Enroll in courses offered on Coursera or EdX -- see if they have courses/certificates you can complete within areas of interest.
· Look at virtual seminars at various universities such as eCornell, Harvard Extension, Johns Hopkins University, Stanford, and MIT. Although many require a fee to enroll, they do have many free options.
· You can also attend eSeminars and webinars within areas of social sciences (https://ssir.org/webinars) and engineering (https://stanford.cloud-cme.com/course/courseoverview?P=3000&EID=35632).
· LinkedIn Learning offers a multitude of seminars and webinars on various topics as well.
· YouTube

Hi Shaina!
Coursera (https://www.coursera.org/) might be another website that you can look into. There are some courses that are offered for free and you can select from a range of topics. It's great that you're wanting to expand your knowledge and are open to a variety of topics! Keep that mind curious and best of luck to you!

Hi Shaina T. So great that you are remaining so open-minded!
If you really are open about what to learn, I suspect that there is nothing free-er than YouTube. Many internet users think YouTube is all about certain types of videos. I share with you that YouTube is filled with awesome videos from people who know lots of stuff about lots of different industries and job types.
You may be surprised at what you find and after a while, you can generally tell those video providers who have genuine knowledge that you can benefit from.
As always, be careful in these wide open spaces...but also have fun and learn lots.
Best of luck to you!

I also use Youtube as a learning platform! I also think you can learn anything by using it. Unfortunately, what I'm looking for is some sort of program that could help hold me accountable. Thank you for your advice, Ms. Baillie.
