How to manage time?
I currently studying Motion Picture Arts and I barely get to sleep because of my homework, I also daily vlog (it's like a video diary) and I also do weekly videos on youtube, I'm very invested in everything I do, but I don't get much free time. My sister tells me to stop at least daily vlogging, but I've done it for 3 years and I feel like I can't stop now. Do you have any tips on how to manage my time better?
Thanks #time-management #editing #youtube #video-production #video-editing #post-production #vlog

Perhaps best to prioritize your activities and figure out what you can best live without. Try for a month or two and you may discover that it's not that critical after all. Better to do three things well than five things so-so.

I agree with Dave and charles
Not everything can be utmost important all at once .PRIORITIZE!
Understanding what is most important for you at this point of your life is very valuable
Make a top three list .Now everything that comes after the three will either need to wait or just go.
hope that helps

Prioritize what's important to you first. Would seem to me your studies will profit you more long term.
Set strict schedules for what you do. Including sleep.
sounds to me you will have to cut something out.

It seems you are moving on one thing to another and not finding any time to reflect back on your day. Do this- as soon as you see this answer, stop everything else and check out the time management message from Robin Sharma - how to get more done in less time.
I try to follow the simple "three- step" rule every day-
1) The Daily 5: Ask yourself this question, “What 5 things need to happen between now and the end of the last hour of the day today for this to have been an exceptionally productive day.”
2) Exercise First Thing in the Morning: Jump-start your metabolic rate. You’ll feel better and have the energy you need to accomplish your goals.
3) Have a Deep Thinking Day: Spend time in the three S’s – Silence, Solitude and Stillness

You will need to focus on stress and time management. In order to manage stress you have to manage your time wisely. You have to set a routine for yourself and stick to it for the most part. Once you get into the groove of a routine it will be much easier for you to manage your time and have enough time for everything you need to do (including relaxing). Make yourself to-do lists on a weekly basis, use Google calendar or a planner to keep track of events, deadlines, and due dates. In addition to setting a routine and sticking to it, plan out relaxing activities into your day. Or set aside a time, after everything is done for the day, that you can have "me" time. I have also personally found it essential to not only find time for myself but also make use of that time in a way that is best for me and my holistic wellness. I have found the HeadSpace app to be an essential tool in helping me relax and generally feel more relaxed throughout the day, Guided meditation, even if you have a busy schedule, will make you feel more at ease and relaxed throughout the day as a whole (not just when you have the time to relax and focus on that "me" time).
