It depends on a large variety of factors for duration of job search, your qualifications, the state of the economy, where you're looking, as well as luck. You can get internships with 1 or two years of college, and sometimes those can lead to jobs which don't require additional years of college. Other factors that can impact your ability to get a job are location and major in college. It's possible that college isn't needed and you can get into your desired industry through connections and work experience however, college is an opportunity to network and discover other fields which you might be interested in.
How dangerous a job is depends on a lot of different factors, specifically industry, whether you work with heavy machinery, and what your personal definition of danger is. I'd advise looking at OSHA statistics which would likely give you a better understanding of the risks which pertain to any given job. Salary is dependent on the specific industry you're working in as well as the job market when you acquuire a job.

I did not see a specific job or even field of endeavor. Some jobs have immediate openings and require little or no college. Others require advanced degrees. I tend to think that not many jobs are dangerous in these days due to regulation from government and industry standards. I see the word "flown" so that seems to say that you are interested in being a pilot. I have two pilots credentials, private pilot and instrument rating. I once thought that there was very little risk in flying. The risk is relatively low if you are properly trained, but there are definitely risks. You need to put effort into a job. To do that you need a certain amount of enjoyment of that job. It need not always be enjoyable, but it really helps if you love your work.
In aviation the pay can get quite good, but only if you stick with it and get to be the captain of a decent sized airplane. There can be a lot of difficult hours flying freight or teaching flying lessons to get enough hours to qualify for the next step up.
