Studying fashion at college really helps-fashion design is highly technical, and you will find it much harder if you try to teach yourself: however, that’s not impossible. Getting the best fashion education in the world, however, is not going to buy you a head start as a fashion designer. You also need a huge amount of creativity and passion to succeed.

Your field can be very overwhelming because it's up and about and the determine factor "PEOPLE" love to go with recognize brands and names.
Try and filter all the noise then Enroll with a fashion school, if you are already skilled, make some volunteer service design to see acceptance & to test if you can stand what it entails, use it to build your designer portfolio and above all stay up to date in fashion & have a niche.
