The most annoying part has to be the fiber duct.. It is the worst kind of itchy insulation, but with proper training and technique, it is very easily kept at bay and off of you.. Next to that, I would say it’s the mastic or duct sealant that you paint on with a paint brush. It always winds up all over you, your tools, and anything in reaching distance. As for the difficult part, definitely trying to find what techs refer to as a (gremlin). A faulty item that only shows when no one is looking. I personally have spent 3 days looking over a large commercial chiller with two other techs on site and not once did it show.. The second I crawled into bed, it would shut down and back to work I would go.. All in fun though, most times you wind up laughing at yourself for not seeing the problem the first go round
