Thank you for your question. I am glad to hear that you are interested to be an entrepreneur.
Below is my suggestions:
1. Take relevant subjects as your major and management course in your the college.
2. Explore intern opportunities before graduation
3. Analyse the industry, eg the entry criteria, market competition, any substitutes, etc.
4. Work in the industry for a whole after your graduation and before you start your business. It can help you to establish the network in the industry and earn the startup fund
5. Start the business online if possible
Hope this helps! Good Luck!

Once you decide on the specific business/industry, creating a business plan is the first step. Use google searches for examples. Also, it will be just as important to have and exit plan. This could be as simple as selling the business for profit or worse case, how to bail out if things go sideways. We all want to remain positive but having an exit plan for best and worse case will protect you.

All of the answers are great advice. I would add in their to find an unfilled need and fill it. Whatever that may be, could be something there are plenty of just not good ones. This can be goods or services. Try to find and maintain a competitive advantage whether prices, convenience, niche, or customer service.

Well first I would research different business models! Pick one that works for your budget, time dedication, and resources.
If you have a skill or product that you know there is a demand for, you would then look into how your skill or product would fit into certain business models and if that would work for you.
