Here are some great places to find volunteer opportunties
https://www.volunteermatch.org/
https://www.justserve.org/
https://www.dosomething.org/us
You can also find local opportunities at a public library or a hospital and get volunteer hours. I would reach out to your city like a museum or a fire department in the city and they may have opportunties also.

A great place to find volunteer opportunities is on JustServe.org. They should have stay at home volunteer options as well as things in your local community.

A great virtual volunteer opportunity is Sending Sunshine (https://www.sendingsunshine.ca/). This opportunity allows to volunteer independently or with a group. You write handwritten cards to seniors to brighten their day and show them they are thought of. It's a low effort activity that can highly impact someone's day in a positive way. You can be as creative as you'd like - think stickers, drawings, poems, thoughtful stories, colours - and you can either drop off the cards in person if you're close by, or mail them in!
