Hello J, what a great question. I do believe it would be beneficial for you to go on to college however, I don't believe it would be a prerequisite in order to become a voice actor. My suggestions would be to enroll in acting classes and then move onto voice lessons, make sure your prepared to take criticism this happens not to hurt your feelings but to make you better, best of luck
